From Sourcing to Plating. Starts with a Market Visit to Cooking Class followed by Dinner. Refresh your senses by visiting a local market with the fragrance of fresh spices & vegetables, Followed by full hands on typical Indian style of cooking class & a meal.

What We Do

It starts with handpicked spices and vegetables by visiting a local market. Return home with raw material required for delicious dishes to be cooked by you. Light up the Charcoal Tandoor, Indian chullha made of clay .Cook different dishes on these 2 different things and feel the difference. Smell the flavour of smoke of charcoal and wood being absorbed by food which gives cooked dishes a true Indian flavour. Learn the use of different Indian spices in food and about their medicinal benefits. Enjoy the Indian food cooked by you with some help from us. Share a few laughing moments along the way!

      

MENU FOR VEG / NON VEG INDIAN THALI COOKING DEMO AND DINNER

Starter/Welcome drink – Traditional Indian drink- COLD DRINK, LIME JUICE or ROSE, KHUS or other Indian flavours Sharbat.  HOT DRINK - TOMATO SOUP OR MIX VEG SOUP.

Starters – Onion, Potato, Cauliflower, Spinach, Lentils, Peas – PAKODAS or Potato Balls or Mini Samosa or CHICKEN TIKKA or FISH TIKKA.

Main course   –  DAAL (Lentil) – Mix daal includes different varieties of daal cooked together with different styles like – Daal Fry, Daal Tadka, and Daal Makhni.

Chicken in Gravy – KADHAI CHICKEN or HANDI CHICKEN.

Vegetable in Gravy - (any 1) – Panner (Cottage cheese), Mangodi, Pittod, Gatta, Rajma (Red Kidney Beans) or seasonal Green vegetables.

Vegetable Dry (any 1) – Mix Vegetables, Seasonal vegetables.

Rice – Plain Rice or Jeera Rice or Veg Pulav

Curd - Boondi Raita, Pickle, Vegetable Salad, lahsun and coriander leaves chatni

Indian Breads – Tawa Chapatti or Parantha or Puri or Corn flour bread.

Sweets – Suji and Wheat Flour Halwa or Kheer or Gunjiyan or sewaiyaan.

  •  Cancellation 24 hours prior – 50% amount will be charged.
  •  Cancellation on the day of service – Full amount will be charged.
